Our Policies

Orders

All items are made to order, and thus require up to 10 business days to ship from the receipt of your order. If you have specific time requirements for your piece, please feel free to contact us, and we will attempt to accommodate your request. If we anticipate any delays to your order, we will notify you within 24 hours of receipt of your order. 

Handmade Items

All items are hand fabricated to the highest quality possible, and because of their nature, there may be slight visual variations between the items you see pictured and the item you receive.

Shipping

We offer standard domestic 3-day shipping via USPS Priority mail at a flat rate of $7 per order. Overnight domestic shipping is also available via USPS Priority Mail Express at a flat rate of $50 per order. Please note that this will speed up the delivery of, but not production of, your order. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

You will receive an email shipment notification as soon as your order has shipped. Tracking and insurance is included for all shipments at no additional cost. To reduce of the risk of theft, all orders totaling over $100 will have the insurance increased to cover the total cost of the shipment, and will additionally require an adult’s signature upon delivery, with no exceptions.

Returns and Repairs

We stand behind the quality of our products and our craftsmanship. If your item requires repair, please contact us and we will advise you on how to proceed. If the repair is due to normal wear and tear, we will provide a cost and time estimate after inspecting the product and before starting the repair. If the repair is due to an accidental marring of the work, an estimate of the work, the cost and time required will be provided if a repair is possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your item, provided that the item is in new condition with no modification or damage from the customer. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items. All items you wish to return for credit or exchange must be in the original packaging and with a receipt or printed proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Cancellation or Modification of Orders

If you would like to cancel or modify an order that you have placed, please contact us within 7 calendar days of placing the order.
